Welcome
International travel is increasing in today’s global business environment and as such organisational duty of care and corporate responsibility is high on the business agenda. The question is – how do organisations and travellers keep up-to-date with global events that could potentially place the traveller in danger, in addition to maintaining corporate health, safety and travel policies?
The answer is Anvil’s Travel Risk Intelligence System (TRIS) an internet based application that uses leading edge technology to monitor international incidents and potential threats.

The Travel Risk Intelligence System provides:
- Worldwide Event Monitoring & Reporting 24/7
- Severe Weather Monitoring & Alerting
- Government & Embassy Warnings
- Travel Advice
- Government Country Profiles
- Embassy & Airline Database
- Country Statistics
- World Health Organisation Vaccination List
- Advisory Council Crime Reports
- EU Airline Blacklists
- Airline Security Scoring
The Solution
TRIS provides organisations,
individuals and travellers with accurate, up-to-date
information across all 193 countries around the
world including information on incidents that could
affect the safety and wellbeing of travellers such as
health warnings, crime, terrorism or extreme weather
conditions.
TRIS is used to create Risk Manager and Travel
Manager profiles, that will automatically distribute the
detail of risks by alert messages, should an incident or
threat be identified that matches the profile.
When TRIS is utilised in conjunction with The Anvil
Groups’ Employee Travel Monitoring System (ETMS)
an automatic 'threat v's traveller' cross check can be
performed, alerting managers if travellers are in the
immediate area of threat.
A corporate level subscription to TRIS allows travelling
employees to keep up to date with risks and incidents
before and during travel. Furthermore the system can
be tailored to the organisation’s specific requirements
and can include additional links to the corporate
intranet for immediate access to policy documents,
emergency, security and medical contacts.
